BLINK is a mobile application developed by INSPIRE that seeks to apply the latest advances in technology, pedagogy, psychometrics, and psychology to improve the quality of education in the country.

In June 2023, INSPIRE nominated the BLINK project for the “Acción Sostenible” call organized by CERES. After the selection process, the project was accepted as a leader in the area of education, allowing joint work with institutions such as Primax, Pronaca, Nestle, etc., which support by providing their work time for the development of the project.

“Acción Sostenible” seeks to promote sustainable development initiatives through multidisciplinary teams made up of a group of people, called “agents of change”, who donate hours of work, contributing in different ways. Initially, the team assigned to the BLINK project was made up of 12 change agents, but over time more people have joined in order to contribute to the improvement of the education quality in Ecuador with BLINK.

Together with the agents of change, INSPIRE has organized a schedule of activities to be carried out for one year, and the support it has received so far includes the organization of a mobile device donation campaign, and support for carrying out a test pilot of the BLINK application in a school located in Pintag.
